Specific design features

The compact industry suitable metal housing of the infrared camera, sized (114 x 114 x 145) mm with IP 65 protection, permits applications in rough environmental conditions at a temperature range of (0 ... 50) °C without additional cooling. Various lenses can be mounted on the IR module. Motor-focus IR lenses can be deployed at the base in standard thread. Separate 12V power supply unit. The interface sockets for RS232/RS485 (SUB 9) as well as the standard video PAL output (BNC) are located at the back of the metal housing.

Multiple applications with the infrared camera

Its (320 x 240) IR pixels high-optical resolution and compact design can be conveniently remote-controlled. The infrared camera PIR uc 25 is also suited for automatic IR visualisation in quality control or in industrial thermal testing. The model is designed for permanent stationary applications. The camera can be customised using various IR lenses. Also motor-focus lenses, especially for monitoring purposes in security areas, can be attached. The high thermal resolution, as low as 0.13 K, can detect very low temperature differences.

IR visualisation software

Various IR software modules, developed and customised by InfraTec, as well as powerful special software of the thermographic software IRBIS ® 3 are available for comfortable IR visualization and PC-based pseudo-colour imaging. Further, expansion stages adapted to industrial applications can be used for offline evaluation and image documentation.
